Poem - God's Word -The Bible
There are those who critique the Bible,
Without spiritual ability,
Who say God's Word is filled
With many discrepancies.
There are others gifted by God
Who shed light on distorted views,
Showing that in proper context,
all discrepancies are removed.
Still, the message of the Bible,
is foreign to the natural man;
Its only through the spirit's enlightening
that a person can understand.
To most who read the Bible,
It's a good book at best;
but to those who know and seek the Lord
it's a bottomless treasure chest.
Though it's origin is in the east,
it has continued to spread worldwide;
and the evidence that it's changing lives
Is unable to be denied.
It's been proven to be historically accurate
Through uncovered archaeology;
Shown to have an Omniscient author
Through fulfilled prophecies.
Now science is finding as it progresses,
God-less theories to be absurd;
Yes, even science must bow it's knee
To the accuracy of God's word.
The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of God stands forever." Isaiah 40:8

Poem - GOD RULES
God was, is, and forever will be
He is not held by time, He's eternity
He's the Father of all creation
In control of every situation
With Him there's nothing that can't be done
He's ever present, so you cannot run
In His glory there is no darkness
In His lovs, is, and forever will be
He is not held by time, He's eternity
He's the Father of all creation
In control of every situation
With Him there's nothing that can't be done
He's ever present, so you cannot run
In His glory there is no darkness
In His love there is always forgiveness
If you ask, seek and knock you will find
Opens your heart so you're no longer blind;! He wants us to know Him more each day
Always hears us when we pray
He doesn't want to occasionally be around
He wants every step to be on solid ground
Doesn't matter if problems are big or small
Hand it to Him and He will take care of it all
He can't love you more and won't love you less
He will fill you with peace and joy to the fullest
His Son Jesus sits at the Father's side
And the Spirit will help us all to abide
You can't go wrong obeying His voice
He is the truth, the way, the only choice

Poem - God's Creation from the Beginning
Before space and time, The Father thought,! Through My Son, the Light, Everything should be brought.
So all would be accomplished By Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
God began with a watery planet And the atmosphere around it.
The waters were in darkness; Without form was the earth.
Then God sent His Light To usher forth a new birth.
Spiritual Light, God called "Day." The Darkness, He called "Night."
Evening and morning - the first day Witnessed His wonderful might!
To separate the planet waters Both above and the deep below,
God said, "Let there be land, A firmament." And it was so!
God called the atmosphere "Heaven," And the second day passed.! Evening and morning drew on But, this would not be the last.
With the firmament still submerged, God said, "Let dry land appear!"
So He gathered the surface waters; Both from far and from near.
God called the dry land "Earth;" The gathered waters, "Seas."
His creation was good, And in it, He was pleased.! Then our mighty God said, "Let the Earth sprout green grasses
And herbs and fruit trees Yielding seeds in great masses."
The Earth burst forth, And it all came to be!
Evening and morning had passed - The closing of day three.
"Let there be lights," God Almighty then said, In the expanse of the heavens.!" There is nothing to dread! "For signs and for seasons,! For days and for years To divide day from night" Our mighty God has no peers!
Greater light rules the day; The lesser rules the night.
The sun, moon, and stars, Are good works in His sight.
All celestial bodies God created to our dismay.
Evening and morning had passed Concluding the fourth day.
Then came sea creatures And winged birds in the sky
God blessed them saying, "Be fruitful and multiply!Day five came and passed Another evening and morning.! What other miracles Will He be performing?
Beasts of the earth And the cattle in its kind,! And every creeping thing On the land, we did find.
But, God was not finished with His wonderful plan.!For on day six, He also created man! From the dust of the ground Our Lord,!He did breathe Into man's nostrils, The Spirit, he received.
To man, God gave dominion: Over birds and cattle and fish -
Even the creeping things! To rule as he would wish.!Out of man, God formed woman. A rib taken from his side! To make a suitable helpmate; With him, she would reside.
This completes the sixth day. Now came the time to rest,
God sanctified the Sabbath, His task completed with zest.
God made our universe With the Father at its head.
And, He will make it anew Because that's what He said. Amen.

POEM - JESUS IS KNOCKING]
Revelation 3:20- Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if any man hear my voice,!and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Jesus is standing at your heart's door today.!He is patiently waiting. Don't send Him away.!He's calling so softly, He wants to come in.!He'll heal all your sorrows, ancleanse you from sin.
Jesus has knocked on your heart's door before.!But you haven't answered, tho' He's knocked o're and o'er.! Oh please, dear one, listen, He silently waits.!If you put Him off longer, it may be too late.
Don't be afraid of what He may find,! Inside of your heart, or inside of your mind.! He died on the cross to redeem you from sin.! So please, sinner, listen. Oh let the Lord in.
Don't let Satan tell you that your sin is too great.
He wants you to linger--to procrastinate..!But please friend, don't listen to Lucifer's lies.! COME, open to Jesus. He's still standing by.

Poem - Thou Shalt not Steal
When the Lord descended with the Law from on high, He cast it in stone and dispensed it on Sinai.
Though it's hardly necessary to assert it again, There were many commandments, but they were numbered one to ten; Jesus, however, reduced them to two when He looked at the Law with a somewhat shortened view.
He taught that the commandments can be summed up as We already love ourselves, so let's treat our neighbor just the same. Let's not covet or steal his things or disparage his noble name. Now, it's impossible to improve upon the things that Jesus said, But to clarify and illustrate I'll use my own words instead.
These two greatest commandments, when all is said and done, Can be explained and understood when they're further reduced to one. When these various laws are examined they inevitably reveal They're condensed in the eighth commandment, which says "Thou shall not steal."
In other words, render unto God the things that belong to him, And render unto others the things that belong to them.
These others might be a "Caesar" or maybe just a neighbor. But by taking what's rightfully theirs we're acting in a way superior. For example, God is uniquely worthy of our worship and adoration. By putting something before him we're stealing from his exaltation. Secondly, to fashion God in our image in the form of an idol or whatnot is tantamount to identity theft - to say God is something he is not.
Thirdly, God's awesome name is so utterly holy, it ought to be uttered for His purposes solely.!When we blithely misuse it or take it in vain, That's just like stealing God's exclusive domain name.
Fourth, there's the seventh, that special Sabbath day, God said to keep it holy, for he designed it just that way.
A respite from our work God deemed for us the best; We're stealing from ourselves when we ignore that day of rest.
Fifth come our forefathers, those folks we call our parents. And while certainly not divine, they do deserve our reverence. Parents, like the prophets, sometimes have no honor To withhold their due respect is an indirect form of theft.
Commandment number six forbids taking a person's life; The seventh is not that different: don't take your neighbor's wife. Everyone will die eventually, so why is murder a crime? Because prematurely taking a life steals years of the victim's time. next, if God ordained sex, why is adultery an objection? Because from another person's spouse we're stealing intimacy and affection. Then there's the eighth command, which is imbedded in the other nine; No subtleties here, it's pretty direct: take not what is not thine.
Ninth comes the law about telling untruths, hurting neighbor with false accusation, it's not a stretch to consider it such as stealing one's reputation.
Last on the list comes # ten, a caveat not to covet. The craving for someone's things, and the principle above it. We long for something so intensely we emotionally start to feel it; And before we know it the thought conceives, and then we want to steal it. Well, there you have it; the Ten Commandments, from a different point of view.
When we truly love our God and neighbor, we give them both their due. A violation of any one law has this underlying motif: By taking away or failing to give we become an unwitting thief. So next time you encounter the commandments, don't look at them simply piecemeal, Think of them all as a unit with the title, "Thou shall not steal."

Poem -The Cross Of Jesus
He left His Fathers home above where all was harmony, peace and love, and to this sinful world He came to set us free from sin and shame.
But most did not receive Him, kings and rulers knew Him not, but He came as promised to Bethlehem, and a manger of straw was His cot.
Angels announced His heavenly birth and sang praises in the skies above, but not for Himself did He come to earth,
but to suffer and shed His blood for us.
He hung upon that cross in pain, humbled, nailed to it's rugged frame. He could have had an angel train to bear Him up to the heavenly plain.
And in the darkness hanging there, the agony was hard to bear, His hands and feet the nails did tear, but people watching did not care.
Let Him come down from the cross, they said, He raised people from the dead. He worked miracles and thousands fed
from a small basket of fish and bread.
He could have left that wooden cross, but oh, at such tremendous loss, abandoned us to a dreadful fate, but no, His love was far too great.
He would rather bear the pain alone, and for our sin and shame atone, than take the smooth and easy road to take Him back to His Father God.
Forgive them Father, was His cry, as drew on His hour to die,
His heart of love was broken by the scorn of those who stood near by.
Six hours He hung in agony and pain, That He for us eternal life might gain. Despised, rejected, once our Saviour came, but next time He as King will reign.
Not as a baby to Bethlehem's manger, nor to His people a total stranger, but as Friend and King, our Saviour will come to take us back to His heavenly home.
From the gloom of this world with it's sin and it's woe, He will take us all home who have chosen to go. Won't you come dear one, the offer is free, of love, joy and peace for eternity.

Song - Holy Day, Jehovah's Rest
Holy Day, Jehovah's rest,
of creation's week the best;! Last of all the chosen seven,
Blest of God to man twas given.
First His six days work was done,
then the Sabbath was begun;
Thus He blessed the seventh day,
Thus in resting we obey.
Thousand have His plan reversed,
Resting now upon the first;
Search the book and you shall know;! There's no scripture tells them so.
All who speak the truth must say,
It was man who changed the day! In God's word no change appears,
Through the whole six thousand years.
Thus I searched; and when I saw,
Only one great Sabbath law;! Then I hasten to obey-
Plainly twas the only way.

Marriage Takes Three
I once thought marriage took
Just two to make a go,
But now I am convinced
It takes the Lord also.
And not one marriage fails
Where Christ is asked to enter,
As lovers come together
With Jesus at the center.
But marriage seldom thrives,
And homes are incomplete,
Till He is welcomed there
To help avoid defeat.
In homes where Christ is first,
It's obvious to see,
Those unions really work,
For marriage still takes three.

scripture - Christ second coming 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 (KJV).
But I would not have you
to be ignorant, brethren,
concerning those that are asleep
that ye sorrow not, even
as others which have no hope
for if we believe that Jesus
died and rose again,
Even so them also which sleep
in Jesus will God bring with Him
for this we say unto you
by the word of the Lord
that we which are alive and remain
Unto the coming of the Lord
shall not prevent them which are asleep
for the Lord Himself shall descend
from heaven with a shout
with the voice of the archangel
and with the trump of God!and the dead in Christ shall rise first! Then we which are alive and remain!shall be caught up together with them in the cloud! to meet the Lord in the air:!and so shall we ever be with the Lord! wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Poem - The Rest of the Way
He hath said, I will never leave thee,!! Your way is the way of eternal death;!nor forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5.
O fathomless mercy, O infinite grace
In humble thanksgiving the road I retrace
Thou never hast failed me, my Strength
and my stay;!To whom should I turn for the rest of the way?
Through danger, through darkness, by
day and by night
Thou ever has guided and guided aright
I have trusted in Thee and peacefully lay
My hand in Thy hand for the rest of the way.
Thy cross all my refuge, Thy blood all my plea
None other I need, blessed Jesus, but Thee
I fear not the shadows at the close of life's day
For Thou wilt go with me the rest of the way.

_Bible Verses - Malachi 3:6-12
I am the Lord, I change not;
therefore ye sons of Jacob
are not consumed.
Even from the days of your fathers
ye are gone away from Mine ordinances,
and have not kept them.
Return unto Me,
and I will return unto you,
saith the Lord of host.
But ye said, wherein shall we return?! will a man rob God?
Yet ye have robbed Me,
But ye say wherein have we robbed Thee?
In tithes and offerings.
Ye are cursed with a curse:
for ye have robbed Me,
even this whole nation.
Bring ye all the tithe into the storehouse,
that there may be meat in Mine house,
and prove me now herewith,
saith the Lord of hosts,
if I will not open you the windows of heaven,
and pour you out a blessing,
that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes,
and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground;
neither shall your vine cast her fruit
before the time in the field,
saith the Lord of host.
And all nations shall call you blessed:
for ye shall be a delightsome land,
saith the Lord of hosts.
Poem - Heaven's Grocery Store
by Ron DeMarco
I was walking down life's highway a long time ago.
One day I saw a sign that read, "Heaven's Grocery Store".
As I got a little closer the door came open wide,
and when I came to myself I was standing inside.
I saw a host of angels, they were standing everywhere.
One handed me a blanket and said, "My Child shop with care".!!Everything a Christian need is in that grocery store,
and all you can't carry, come back the next day for more.
First, I got some Patience; Love was in the same row.
Further down was Understanding, needed everywhere you go.
I got a box or two of Wisdom, a bag or two of Faith,
I just couldn't miss the Holy Ghost, it was all over the place.
I stopped to get some Strength and Courage to help me run this race,! but then my blanket was getting full, and I remembered I needed Grace.!!I didn't forget Salvation, which like the others was free,! so I tried to get enough of that to save both you and me.
Then I started to the counter to pay my grocery bill,
for I thought I had everything to do my master's will.
As I went up the aisle, I saw Prayer and had to put it in,
for I knew when I stepped outside, I would run right into sin.
Peace and Joy were plentiful, they were on the last shelf.
Songs and Praises were hanging near, so I just helped myself.
Then I said to the angel, "How much do I owe"?
The angel smiled and said, "Just take them everywhere you go."
Again, I politely asked "How much do I really owe?"
The angel smiled again and said, "My Child, Jesus Paid Your Bill A Long Time Ago."

If it's the cost you worry, please rest at ease.
There's no money involved, so it will please.
There's no tapes to order, no books to buy.
All transactions are made in heaven on high.
No credit card wanted, no check you'll need,
No purchase to make, no application to read.
Don't plan ahead. There's no waiting in line,
There's no education required, nothing to sign.
There's no fine print to read, no lawyer needed
Forget the coat and tie, the dress code not heeded
No plane, no train, you needn't go far,
For Jesus can hear you right where you are.
Nothing you've said, or anything you've done,
Will ever stand in your way of God's own Son.
The hurt and the pain, the trouble and strife,
Will certainly be forgotten with your new life.
So please call on Jesus while there's still time.
He's stands ready to forgive you; Jesus is kind.
Whether you be young or old, husband or wife,
Is your name written in the Lamb's Book of Life?
Song - Look for the WayMark -!Based on the vision of Daniel chapter 2. The name -Chaldean - was substituted
Look for the way - marks
As you journey on,
look for the way-marks,
passing one by one;
Down through the ages,
pass the kingdoms four,
where are we standing?
look the way-marks o'er.
First the Chaldean kingdom
Ruled the world
then Media Persia
banners were unfurled,
and after Greece
held universal sway,
Rome seized the scepter,
where are we today?
Down in the feet
of iron and of clay,
weak and divided
soon to pass away; What will the next
great glorious drama be?
Christ and His coming
and eternity.
Chorus - Look for the way-marks,
the great prophetic way-marks,
down through the ages,
past the kingdoms four.
look for the way-marks
the great prophetic way-marks,
the journey is almost o'er.

The Loom of Time
author unknown
Man's Life is laid in the Loom of Time
To a pattern he does not see,
While the weaver works and the shuttles fly
Till the dawn of eternity.
Some shuttles are filled with silver threads
And some with threads of gold,
While often but the darker hues
Are all that they may hold.
But the weaver watches with skillful eye
Each shuttle fly to and fro,
And sees the pattern so deftly wrought
As the loom moves sure and slow.
God surely planned the pattern:
Each thread, the dark and fair,
Is chosen by His master skill
And placed in the web with care.
He only knows its beauty
And guides the shuttles which hold
The threads so unattractive,
As well as the threads of gold.
Not till each loom is silent,
And the shuttles cease to fly,
Shall God reveal the pattern
And explain the reason why
The dark threads were as needful
In the weaver's skillful hand
As the threads of gold and silver
For the pattern which He planned.
Poem - Three Hebrew Children
Penned By - Charlie Barnett
It was in the third year at Jerusalem,
Jehoiakim was serving in his reign,
Nebuchadnezzar was the ruler of Babylon.
This wicked king became insane.
Jerusalem was besieged by Babylon.
Nebuchadnezzar came and took her men.
Israel had strayed away from God.
They were wondering way out in sin.
The few Godly men the king had taken,
They were facing trials and woe;! This was a young man called Daniel,
With Shaddrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
They wouldn't fall down and worship
When the king's wicked music played.
These men served the God Jehovah,
They certainly was not afraid.
"You'll bow or burn," the king was clear,
"Let the music start up again."
"It's no use to waste your time, O king,
Our answer will still be the same."
The king was full of rage and fury
As the guards ran his way.
"Make the furnace seven times hotter.
Dispose of these men today."
The children was cast into the furnace.
This was plain for all to see.
Now you would think Jehovah was defeated,
Not so for this fearless three.
Did we not throw three in the furnace?"
His "council" began to nod.
"Then who is that fourth man loosed walking?
He looks like the Son of God!

Daniel In The Lion's Den
Penned By Charlie Barnett
Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, never any good,
Besieged Jerusalem, just because he could.
Daniel was taken captive along with many more,
And he would never bow, no matter what they had in store.
"You will eat the king's meat and you'll not pray,"
But Daniel could care less what the king had to say.
They set a trap for Daniel and he was caught praying to his God as before
The word reached the king, "It's same as before.
Daniel never stops praying. He prays three times more."
Throw him in the den of lions as the law demands; his accusers said.!The king tried til the going down of the sun to set Daniel free;!! At last he said, throw him in; Your God will set you free.!In was Daniel thrown, mouth of den sealed with a stone;!The king went to his palace a restless night he did spent.! He came to the den at daybreak wondering if God's promise to Daniel He kept;! He cried with a lamentable voice to Daniel:! Is your God whom you serve continually delivered you from the lions?!The answer came back loud and clear: My God had sent His angels and shut the lions mouth.!!"Make haste," the king shouted, "bring him to the top,
